Discovery Trunk Reservation Form

Discovery Trunks reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The trunks may be borrowed for a maximum of 2 weeks, with longer terms negotiable. Trunks require a $50 cash deposit at the time of pick-up. Deposits will be refunded at the time of trunk return, and the Indiana Geological and Water Survey reserves the right to refuse refund due to missing or broken items.

Each trunk must be picked up at and returned to the Indiana Geological & Water Survey Bookstore in Bloomington. The bookstore is open from 8:30 a.m.– 4:00 p.m. weekdays (year-round).

Your reservation will be confirmed by email. Please allow for adequate time between reservation submission and requested pickup date. At least two weeks is preferred to allow time to process requests and materials.
