Clayton performs web and software development for the Survey's public and internal applications. He serves as the webmaster for the Survey, while also supervising a small team of part-time programmers. Clayton hopes to cultivate a useful, relevant, and easy-to-use experience within the Survey's technological products.

Before coming to the Survey in 2017, Clayton worked as a freelance web and software developer for 3 years. As a freelance developer, he developed products and infrastructure for clients across many different industries and technology platforms. Clayton has a B.S. in Computer Science, and he is currently working towards a M.S. in Data Science.
