MS. in Geology from the University of Memphis; I have worked for private industry, in academia, and with state, federal, and local government throughout my career; I'm a Committee Member for the Geological Society of America's Burwell Award in Engineering Geology; and have research interests in hydrology, engineering geology, environmental geology, geomorphology, and structural geology


Hydrology of watersheds, surface water, and groundwater in Indiana; fluvial geomorphology and depositional processes relating to hyporheic exchange and water quality; terrain analysis using geomorphic indices; active tectonics and structural geology of near-surface rupturing faults; applying GIS and computer models to geologic problems; maintenance of weather stations for Indiana Water Balance Network.
